IPHONE PRO PLANS / PRIVACY

How information is handled on this website.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through iphoneproplans.com, a U.S.-focused information website about iPhone plans, deals, accessories and eSIM services.

About this policy

iPhone Pro Plans · Content reviewed October 25, 2026. For privacy questions, contact contact@iphoneproplans.com.

Information can be handled when you visit the site, submit a comment or email us. The sections below distinguish those interactions from hosting and security operations and explain the choices available through the website.

Email questions, feedback and corrections

If you email contact@iphoneproplans.com, we receive your email address, any name you include, message content and attachments. Email systems also handle delivery headers and related technical information.

Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to messages, review reported errors and manage related follow-up. The contact page uses an email link; it does not currently contain a contact form.

NameHero-hosted email: NameHero support confirmed that contact@iphoneproplans.com uses its server-hosted email service and that messages are stored on the hosting server. Authorized cPanel users can access email.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, account numbers, payment details or identification documents. Include only information needed to explain your question.

Comments and replies

Where comments are open, the visitor form requests comment text, a name and an email address, and provides an optional website field. Registration is not required by the current comment setting.

WordPress processes the submitted details along with the comment date, page and reply relationship. Its standard comment handling also records the submitting IP address and browser user-agent information. These records support comment administration, moderation and abuse prevention.

Published comments display the comment text, display name, date and reply relationship; a supplied website address may be linked from the name. Email addresses and IP addresses are not displayed in the current public comment layout, but authorized administrators can access comment records. Do not include private information in a public comment.

Current settings hold comments from authors without a previously approved comment for moderation and apply other moderation rules. A previously approved author’s comment may appear without a new manual approval. Comment and moderation email notifications are enabled, so related information can also pass through the notification email system.

Akismet is inactive. That does not switch off hosting security or other active services. Comments and notification emails are separate records, and deleting a public comment does not by itself remove notification copies or hosting backups.

Cookies and browser storage

CookieAdmin provides the cookie-choice interface. Logged-out tests observed the cookieadmin_consent cookie recording a choice and a consent identifier. This cookie remembers information about the consent interaction.

The interface offers Reject All and a cookie-shaped control to reopen preferences. Reject All is a choice about nonessential technologies; it does not stop the browser sending a page request, remove submitted comments or prevent necessary hosting/security handling. The interface’s category labels do not establish that analytics or advertising technologies are active.

The comment form has a separate optional “save my name, email, and website” checkbox. If you select it when commenting, WordPress can save those details in browser cookies for future comments. Leave it unchecked if you do not want that convenience. This is separate from whether the comment itself is stored.

Earlier tests also observed wpEmojiSettingsSupports in session storage for WordPress emoji-support detection. WordPress uses authentication and preference cookies for logged-in administration; those are distinct from an ordinary logged-out visit.

You can use browser controls to block or clear cookies and storage. Doing so may remove remembered choices or affect functionality, and does not delete information already held on the server.

Jetpack Stats and public comment avatars

Jetpack Stats is disabled. WordPress’s Show Avatars setting is also off, so the current public comment layout does not display Gravatar avatars.

Previously completed fresh, logged-out tests before a cookie choice and after Reject All found no Jetpack Stats statistics script/pixel requests and no external Gravatar avatar requests. Comments and the reply interface remained available. These were targeted tests, not proof that the website handles no personal information or makes no third-party requests in every circumstance.

Jetpack itself remains active. Disabling Stats does not disable every Jetpack feature or all Automattic processing. The absence of a statistics pixel is not evidence that no personal information is processed.

Hosting, technical logs and security

NameHero hosts the WordPress website. Its infrastructure receives network and request information to deliver pages. NameHero support described general logging of IP addresses, browser and operating-system information, referring websites, visited pages and timestamps. Server and security logs may include request and connection details for troubleshooting, monitoring and security. These descriptions do not establish every field recorded for this account.

Confirmed hosting security features: NameHero support described firewall protection, intrusion prevention, file scanning and patching, reputation monitoring, and ModSecurity. These are hosting protections; this statement does not promise that every threat is prevented or that all WordPress software is automatically patched.

Hosting and security processing is distinct from Jetpack visitor statistics. Disabling Stats or rejecting nonessential cookies does not switch off operational logs.

The website is served over HTTPS. This does not establish encryption of every stored record, email or backup, and no method of storage or transmission provides an absolute security guarantee.

Backups and information retention

Hosting backups: NameHero support described one nightly and one weekly restore point. Its public Terms of Service describe a single nightly copy, subject to eligibility and service limitations. These sources do not establish a guaranteed retention period or restoration outcome for this account. Backup frequency is not a deadline for deleting personal information.

General hosting documentation: NameHero describes offsite cPanel backups that can include website files, databases and email accounts. This describes the service’s capabilities rather than confirming the contents of every backup for this account.

Backups can contain comments and other information stored in website databases, as well as email where included in backup scope. Removing information from the live website or mailbox does not establish immediate removal from backup copies.

Comments, inquiry emails, notification messages, consent records and technical logs are distinct records. Browser controls, public-comment removal and mailbox deletion affect different copies of information; none should be understood as a promise of immediate deletion from every system.

Service providers, access and storage

Hosting and email access: NameHero support confirmed that authorized cPanel users can access website files, databases and email. Authorized NameHero personnel may access account details and system logs for support, security and infrastructure maintenance.

NameHero said that website files and databases are generally stored at the hosting server’s location and that email is stored on that server. This does not establish the countries used for every storage, processing or offsite-backup operation.

NameHero’s privacy notice describes its own practices. It is additional information about the hosting provider, not a substitute for this website’s description of the information visitors submit and the services used to handle it.

External links and future affiliate arrangements

Pages link to carrier, manufacturer, retailer and eSIM-provider information. When you follow an external link, that website receives your request and its privacy practices apply. Review its notice before providing information or purchasing.

Affiliate links may be introduced in the future. This policy does not assert existing affiliate memberships, partnerships or referral-tracking systems. Any future arrangement would require an accurate explanation of relevant tracking and information handling, together with the appropriate commercial disclosure. Ordinary research citations are not automatically affiliate links.

Privacy questions and requests

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion of information connected to your interactions with us, email contact@iphoneproplans.com. Describe the relevant email or comment so the record can be located. Do not send credentials or sensitive identity documents in your initial message.

The handling of a request depends on the information involved and applicable law. Additional information may be needed to verify a request. Legal or security requirements and backup limitations can affect what can be deleted; contacting us does not itself remove information or guarantee immediate deletion from every copy.

Audience and policy updates

iPhone Pro Plans provides U.S.-focused consumer information. If you are concerned about personal information included in a comment or message, including information relating to a child, contact contact@iphoneproplans.com. Please avoid including further sensitive details in the initial inquiry.

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Any legally required additional notice or consent will be provided where applicable. The content-review date identifies when this wording was reviewed; it does not establish when a policy change takes effect.
